Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Leo Jewelry purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn.
How to return Log into your account, open your order, and request a return. Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
